features. The web server that hosts the ACJC site does gather certain information

- The IP address from which you access the website (an IP address is a number that

receives. Again, we do not automatically record information about you as an individual
and this information is not shared, sold or otherwise disseminated by ACJC.

but some is required in order to utilize the functionality of the site. We do not

you provide for the sole purposes of responding to your requests, customizing future

and ACJC does not collect information for commercial marketing. Any comments collected

Information Collected from Children:
Though the Arizona Criminal Justice Commission does not specifically request information
from children, as a state agency we comply with the Children's Online Privacy Policy
Protection Act of 1998 (COPPA), requiring parental consent before we collect any

Security
ACJC and its consultants have taken several steps to safeguard the integrity of
its computer systems and networks. These steps include, but are not limited to,
individual authentification, the security of transmitted data, and security monitoring.
Security methods and measures have been integrated into the design, implementation
and day-to-day practices of the entire ACJC website.

The ACJC web pages contain links to various other web sites operated by other government
agencies, nonprofit organizations, and in some cases private businesses. When you

will not apply to other sites. When you link to another site, you are subject to
